Spell a melody. Every letter's place in the alphabet becomes a scale degree —
a is home, z is far away — so any word is a tune, and the
same word is always the same tune in the same key. Choose how the alphabet folds into the
register (wrap around, or fold back at the top), what
vowels do (sing, hold, or rest), and hear your name in
12-tone if you dare — the row makes any word sound like Webern spelled it.
Capitals accent. Spaces breathe.
