Casio's CZ answer to the DX7. Read a plain sine table, but warp the
clock that steps through it: race through the first half of the cycle and crawl the
second. The waveform's shape changes — the sine sharpens toward a saw or a resonant pulse —
so harmonics appear without any filter. Give the amount its own
envelope and you get a filter-sweep feel from phase alone. The oscillator is a hand-written
AudioWorklet; amount 0 is a pure sine.
